Referral incentive valid only on the purchase of a new MonteVista Homes residence and is payable to the referring homeowner at closing, subject to successful completion of the referred purchaser’s transaction. Referral must be registered with MonteVista Homes and submitted concurrently with the referred purchaser’s purchase agreement; referrals submitted after execution of a purchase agreement will not be accepted.
This referral program may not be combined with any other incentives, promotions, or offers unless expressly authorized in writing by MonteVista Homes. Program terms, availability, and incentive amounts are subject to change without notice.
Referral incentive applies to transactions in which the purchaser engages directly with a MonteVista Homes sales representative for the purchase of a new construction home. Incentive is not available on transactions involving separate buyer representation or broker-to-broker cooperation agreements.
